This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and information about your browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the website securely and efficiently.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in the stable and secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. [check before launch: certification and data processing agreement]
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. For this reason, no cookie banner is displayed. [update if an analytics tool is added later]
Fonts
All fonts are hosted locally on the server of this website. No connection to servers of Google or other font providers is established when the website is loaded.
Contact form
If you contact me via the contact form, I process your name, email address, the selected topic, the subject and your message in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a potential project, and otherwise my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your message is transmitted to my inbox via [form service, e.g. Cloudflare Worker with email delivery]. Your data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
My email inbox is provided by Google Workspace, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you contact me by email, your message and contact details are stored there in order to process your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
Links to social networks and videos
This website contains links to LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click a link, at which point that provider's privacy policy applies. [update if the showreel is later embedded, e.g. via Vimeo or YouTube]
